King Saud Medical City recognised for excellence in saving lives
King Saud Medical City has received national recognition at the eighth Saudi Ministry of Health Performance Awards, taking first place for cardiac arrest response within the Excellence in Saving Lives track.
The awards recognise outstanding performance across Saudi Arabia’s healthcare sector, celebrating the teams and organisations working to improve care quality, efficiency and patient outcomes.
King Saud Medical City, part of Riyadh First Health Cluster, was recognised for the work of its cardiac team and its response to cardiac arrest cases.
Quail Digital has supported communication within the medical city’s cardiac catheterisation facilities since 2023, when its first Pro11 Healthcare Headset System was installed in a cath lab. A second system was installed in another cath lab in December 2025, with each system supporting six headsets.
Members of the cardiac team can be seen using their Pro11 headsets in the Saudi Ministry of Health’s official video celebrating the award winners.
