‍Valid for 60 days from date AND excludes VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping is FOB Reading, UK. Local duties and sales taxes excluded.

Payment Terms

‍30 days from date of invoice. Goods remain the property of Quail Digital until paid in full.

• Excludes installation, commission and user training unless otherwise stated.
• Sites may require additional base stations depending on range and coverage requirements at individual locations.
• Excludes the provision of power supplies which are required for the base station(s) and battery charger(s).
• The Lithium Polymer batteries used in this system should be replaced every 2 years to maintain safety & performance.

Warranty

‍36 months excluding accessories and consumables.

Delivery

‍Allow 21 days for individual system deliveries. Multiple system orders allow 90 days and subject to confirmation.

Restocking Fee

‍Unopened items 7.5% of value. No returns without authorisation number.

Quail Digital accepts no liability for injury (in the absence of negligence or other breach of duty), loss or damage arising from use of its products as a result of a failure to use them in accordance with the relevant operating instructions supplied with the system.
