Quail Digital has become an 'Approved Vendor' to Hardee's franchisees following a successful presence at the Hardee's Franchisee convention in Florida.
Hardee's, together with Carl's Junior, is owned by CKE Restaurants with over 3100 units in the South and South-Eastern states.
Following trials at multiple franchisee sites during 2008, and some in the most testing of environments in truck stops and busy highways, Quail Digital was given the go-ahead to sell to all 150+ Hardee's franchisees.
Quail Digital CEO, Tom Downes said "Our drive-thru headset system is designed to work in the most hostile environments, in many cases that means high levels of traffic and vehicle noise. Customers also look for low cost of operating the system. Users spend very little supporting the system, giving Quail Digital by far the lowest operating costs in the industry. We're pleased to be working with Hardee's franchisees and look forward to developing long lasting business relationships".
Quail Digital uses the latest noise cancelling technology as standard in all its drive-thru systems to improve communication between customer and order taker - which then improves accuracy and speed of service.
